In the "Ultimate Goal" challenge, each team constantly broke through themselves. From the regular version of "We Are the Best Team" to the blindfolded trust test, and then to the difficult challenge with the added responsibility, the results were refreshed again and again. The sales managers signed the sales commitment letter for the second half of the year, determined to complete the annual target by November 30th. In the "Death Crawl · Target Shore" session, the "wolf head" (team leader) crawled while carrying the sales target commitment letter. The recording of customers urging for goods stimulated their instincts, and the team members proved their strength with persistence and breakthroughs.
The "Crossing the Jinsha River" session tested team collaboration. 28 "Floating Bridge Warriors" built a human bridge, and 70 people passed in turn, with a complete ban on speaking throughout the process, and the commander-in-chief crossed the river last. If they failed, the commander-in-chief would be punished with additional push-ups, and those who had crossed the river would have to start over. The team members cooperated with each other and adjusted actively, finally successfully "crossing the river" 30 minutes in advance, deeply realizing the importance of team collaboration on the sales path.
After the activity, the participants shared touching moments, and their hearts drew closer. The president recognized the enthusiasm and growth of the participants, put forward work directions and expectations, and encouraged everyone to integrate the wisdom of collaboration and the tenacity of overcoming difficulties into their business. At the end of the activity, the leaders awarded "Bearing Wolf Warrior" medals to the team and participants with the highest points, and all team members recited the "Wolf Warrior Oath" together.
